Days start around 6:30 in the morning. Breakfast is nearly 7:00 in the morning. There is a real spread for lunch and then refreshments on reaching camp, dinner is served around 7:00 in the evening. A normal river rafting day involves approximately 3 hours rafting in the morning and an afternoon of 2-3 hours similar progress.

Meals in Rafting –In River rafting all meals are included; consist of camp cooked breakfast and dinner, but picnic style lunches will be there. The food is varied, tasty and correct for those hard work muscles prepared and cooked by your guide.
In River rafting in Nepal is camping based. We provide all the necessary equipment includes two men tents, sleeping bags, mats and toilet tents with all the kitchen utensils and tents. We also provide rafting equipments like self bailing rafts, life jackets, helmets, paddles, safety through bags, and water proof container for camera and valuable things on our River rafting tour.
Rafting gear – the following rafting equipment is advised to bring personally. River wear gears -shorts- half pant, T-shirts (long sleep for sun protection), swim wear, Sun Cap/Glass/Cream, personal water bottle, a pair of river sandals. Camp site wear - Personal sleeping bag, lightweight shirts, Trouser/pant, under garments socks, a towel, light shoe, Fleece type pullover, flash light, personal toiletries, camera, reading and writing materials, medication recommended by your doctor.
