Pokhara mountain biking tour itinerary - Ride out of the city and off the main roads, through farmland and villages, to explore the beautiful surroundings of Pokhara. We will take off from our Pokhara base, near Fewa Lake, to pedal our uphill along the lush woodlands and distinctive villages. Take in the pristine landscape and distant views of the magnificent Himalayas along the way, stopping for a break at a local tea shop in the town of Kalikasthan, about two and a half hours from Pokhora.
From there we will take a leisurely and relaxed ride back down towards the beautiful Begnas Lake. Admire the idyllic surroundings, while we drop into a local eatery to try out the produce and fish delicacies for lunch. Our return to Pokhara will take about one and a half hours.
We will take a more direct route through countryside roads and onto the main road-link back to the city to wrap up and active and exhilarating day.
