Day 1: Arrive in Kathmandu (1300m) Nepal
On arrival at Kathmandu airport, you will have warm reception and greeting by us, then transfer to hotel. Rest of the day will be free and walk around Thamel touristic market and explore it. In the afternoon, short trek tour briefing with meeting your guide and helper for the trekking.
Day 2: Drive to Pokhara (910m) by tourist bus or by flight.
If you drive by tourist bus, it is 6 hours scenic drive on the mountain terrain passing through river, villages and valley to Pokhara. By flight, it takes 30 minutes panoramic flight viewing all northern Himalayan ranges during this short flight to Pokhara. In the afternoon, walk around freely around lakeside, the peaceful and calm market stretches along the bank of Phewa Lake. Pokhara is nature city of lakes and mountains nearby.
Day 3: Pokhara -Tikhedhunda (1495m) via Nayapul.
Drive to Nayapul (New Bridge) for an hour and trek to Tikhedhunga (1495m, 3/4 hour trek).
Day 4: Tikhedhunga -Ghorepani Trekking.
Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani (2850m, 5/6 hours trek) enjoying nice landscapes of villages, rivers and forests with some glimpse of Annapurna south and Machhapuchhre while trekking to Ghorepani. The trek is all steep uphill to Ghorepani. The first part is steeper than the second part of the trekking.
Day 5: Ghorepani -Tadapani (2520m, 5/6 hours walk) trek via Poonhill.
In the morning, climb up to poonhill for 1 hour to see morning sunrise view and panoramic Himalayan ranges includes mount Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, Manaslu, Mt. Fishtail known as Machhapuchhare with other snow capped trekking peaks. Back to Ghorepani and have breakfast, then continue trek Tadapani, mostly ascends and descends through pine and rhododendron forests.
Day 6: Tadapani- Ghandrung (1940m, 2/3 hours walk).
Tadapani is also nice place in the middle of the rhododendron forest from where we could see nearby view of mount Annapurna South and Mt. Machhapuchhare. Then we trek descends down to Ghandruk through forests. Ghandruk is a beautiful Gurung village where we could visit old Ghandruk village and Gurung Museum of Ghandruk is worthwhile.
Day 7: Ghandruk -Australian Camp (2000m, 5/6 hours trek).
Trek ascends and descends past rice fields, villages and forest to Australian camp for 5/6 hours. Australian camp is one of the best spots from where you could the sun set and sun rise view with panoramic Himalayan views.
Day 8: Australian camp -Pokhara (850m, 3/4 hours walk, 1 hours drive) via Phedi.
Trek descends down for 3 hours to Phedi and drives an hour to Pokhara. Pokhara is a nice nature city where you could boat on Phewa Lake, stroll around lake side, paragliding Pokhara and Ultra Mountain flight in Pokhara.
Day 9: Pokhara Kathmandu.
Fly or drive back to Kathmandu, by drive, it takes 6 hours and by flight it is 30 minute flight. Once in Kathmandu, free in the afternoon and join our farewell dinner at typical Nepalese restaurant with traditional culture program.
Day 10: Kathmandu airport.
Final transfer to Kathmandu airport to get your flight back to home.
