Nepal Yoga trekking in Nepal is very popular now. Each year a large number of adventure lovers visit Nepal for Yoga Trekking. Nepal’s Himalayan region is pristine for Yoga trek and meditation. Nepal offers splendid trekking opportunities with yoga and meditation on best trekking trails in and around the towering Himalayan peaks. Yoga and trekking together in and around this mighty Himalayas is another awesome experience to gain in Nepal Himalaya.
You can take part in the yoga practice session in the morning before you start your walking. You will sit in the open air ground for the practice with chirping sounds of birds, waterfalls, river as background music in the early morning. The environment is fresh and tranquil. You will behold beautiful Himalayan peaks towering all around you. After completing 1 or 2 hours of yoga, you will have breakfast and start walking to the next destination. Evening session is for meditation. You will meditate for half an hour to an hour depends and you will go for bed relaxed and rejuvenated.

Day 1: Arrive in Kathmandu
Meet you and receive you on your arrival at Kathmandu airport and transfers to hotel. In evening at 5 pm, short trip briefing.
Day 2: Kathmandu Pokhara
Morning Yoga class, after breakfast drive to Pokhara for 5-6 by Private van / bus. Overnight at hotel in Pokhara.
Day 3: Pokhara –Tikhedhunga or Ulleri
After breakfast Pokhara to Nayapul, it takes 1.5 hour drive and trek to Tikhedhunga/Ulleri for 4/5. On trek client practice their own Yoga and Meditation.
Day 4: Trek to Ghorepani.
Trek to Ghorepani, it takes 5 to 6 hours of walking through village and Jungle. Overnight at Guest House (2775m)
Day 5: Ghorepani –Tadapani, Climb Poonhill in the morning.
Hiking to Poonhill early in the morning to see the sunrise and Mountain View, in a clear day we have a panoramic view of 10 different peaks includes Mt. Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, Manaslu and other mountain peaks. Trek back to Ghorepani - after breakfast trek to Tadapani for 5 to 6 hours through jungle a nice walk.
Day 6: Trek to Chhomrong
Trek down to Chomorong for 5/6 hour and stay in Chomorong – a beautiful Gurung Village or walk down to Jhihu (for a natural hot spring bath).
Day7: Jinu danda -Pokhara
Trek to Syaulibazzar and then to Nayapul and drive back to Pokhara by van or bus. Overnight at hotel.
Day 8: Pokhara tour
One day in Pokhara for Optional Sightseeing – people can have option of doing paragliding, Ultra light mountain flight, zip line flying, laundry, message or world peace stupa hiking.
Day 9: Pokhara Kathmandu.
After breakfast drive back to Kathmandu, evening farewell dinner with cultural programs.
Day 10: Katmandu airport
Morning Yoga class – departure transfer to airport by private vehicle.
Note: From Pokhara you have option of extending the trip to Rafting or Chitwan National Park

Day 1: Arrive Kathmandu Nepal
Arrive at Kathmandu. Meet our representative and then transfer to your Hotel. Overnight stays in Kathmandu, Hotel.
Day 2: Kathmandu Pokhara
Drive to Pokhara a beautiful city in western Nepal which takes about 7 hrs drives. It is only 200 km though. The mountain highway is narrow and bends to make the drive slow. The drive follows the beautiful landscape of the mid hill region along the Trishuli river. Have Lunch on the way. You can hang around Lakeside in the evening.
Day 3: Yoga trek to Dhampus
In the morning take part in the yoga session in Hotel garden premises or in open area available. After breakfast, drive 30 minutes to Phedi to start the Trekking of the day. Today the trek is only for about 3 hours and we will reach Dhampus for lunch. The trail for the first hour is steep uphill in the jungle. Once you reach the top, you can see beautiful view of Pokhara, River, villages and mountains. You will enter in to the village and the walking makes more fun. Arrive Dhampus and Lunch. Overnight stay in the mountain Lodge.
Day 4: Yoga trek to Landruk
In the morning enjoy yoga session in the beautiful natural studio. After breakfast trek uphill all the way in the jungle to Pothana and Deurali. Then from Deurali, the trail starts to descend to Tolkha, and to Landruk. It takes about 5/6 hours to reach Landruk from Dhampus. Enjoy the day walk in the villages, farming land, forest.
Day 5: Yoga trek to Ghandruk.
Yoga session in the morning. After breakfast trek down to Modi Khola which is steep down. Modi Khola flows down from Annapurna and Fishtail Base camp. After crossing the bridge, you will have to walk steep uphill for 2 hours to Ghandruk. The trek is enjoyable though in the mid hill village. Arrive Ghandruk; enjoy lunch and the tour of village in the afternoon.
Day 6: Yoga trek to Nayapul and drive to Pokhara
In the morning do yoga in the beautiful setup. After breakfast, trek down to Syauli bazzar and then walk to Nayapul. It takes about 5 hours to reach Nayapul from there we catch your vehicle to drive back. To pokhara and enjoy the beauty of Pokhara in the afternoon.
Day 7: Pokhara Kathmandu
Drive or fly back to Kathmandu. Free time on own to enjoy shopping in Kathmandu.
Day 8: Kathmandu airport
You will be transferred to the airport for your flight back to home.
