Day 1: Arrive to Kathmandu, Nepal
Meet at Kathmandu airport on arrival and transfer to hotel. We will be waiting with your name at arrival exit door of airport so that you could know us easily. Walk freely on the Kathmandu colorful bazaar in afternoon on your own. Kathmandu, the arrival point for all Nepal visitors, is the historical and architectural center-point of Nepal, which was crowned with the title of Capital City after the unification of Nepal in 1768 AD. It is surrounded by tier upon tier of green mountain walls above which tower the mighty snow-capped Himalayan peaks. Short trek tour briefing is held in the afternoon.
Day 2: Kathmandu Day Tour
After having breakfast, start your guided day tour of World Heritage sites of Kathmandu valley at 9:00 on the given below spots.
Boudhanath Stupa: This is the largest Buddhist stupa (shrine) in Nepal, probably the largest in the world. It is a religious center for the highlander-Sherpa and Tamang and Nepal’s considerable population of Tibetans. There are a number of thriving monasteries around the stupa.
Pashupatinath Temple: Pashupatinath temple is the most important Hindu temple in Nepal. It is one of the most important Shiva temples on the subcontinent and draws numerous devotees from all over India each year.
Swoyambhunath Stupa: The Buddhist temple of Swayambhunath, situated on the top of a hill west of the city, is one of the most popular and instantly recognizable symbols of Nepal. Geologists believe that the Kathmandu Valley was once a lake and legends relate that the hill on which Swayambunath stands was an island in that lake.
Patan Durbar Square: Patan is 30 minutes drive from Kathmandu. Patan in Lalitpur City is fragmented from other cities due to its substantive architectural ancient masterpieces. Patan’s central Durbar Square is absolutely packed with temples. Patan is famous for old stone and metal icons.
Day 3: Kathmandu Pokhara
Take a drive or a flight to Pokhara (850m). Either of the option is perfect to go to Pokhara. In the afternoon, make relax walk at the bank of lake or boating on lakes to Barahi Temple Island.
Day 4: Pokhara Tikhedhung (1491m) trekking
After enjoying breakfast, drive an hour to Nayapul, and then trek 4 hours to Tikhedhuga passing green hills, stream, forest and villages.
Day 5: Trek to Ghorepani (2848m)
Trek on steep uphill to Ghorepani via Ulleri and Banthati, passing the green hills, small waterfall and alpine forest of oak and rhododendron. Trekking to Ghorepani takes nearly 6/7 hours.
Day 6: Explore and climb up Poonhill.
Early morning visit Poon hill (3180m) for nice sunrise view over the top of Himalayas and rest of the day is free to rest at Ghorepani.
Day 7: Trek to Tadapani (2600m).
Trek up and down hill for 5/6 hours to Tadapani via Deurali and Banthati through forest passing stream and waterfall. You may have chance to see Langur Monkey and mountain deer on the trail.
Day 8: Trek to Ghandruk (1920m).
Trek 4 hours down through forest, watching different species of birds to Ghandruk is big village of brave Gurkha soldiers. Take a short Ghandruk village tour visit Gurung Museum and old Ghandruk village is worthwhile. Rest and see the happy smile face of Mt. Annapurna and Mt. Fishtail, the most beautiful mountain amongst the Annapurna range.
Day 10: Trek to Nayapu and drive to Pokhara.
Trek on downhill trail to Nayapul for 5/6 hours, enjoying green hills, terrace fields and village. Drive an hour drive to Pokhara by bus or car as your interest and budget.
Day 11: Pokhara-Chitwan National Park.
Take 6 hours tourist bus drive to Chitwan, the only Elephant safari spot in Asia. Once you reach there, our nature guide will receive you there and transfer to resort. Get short briefing with welcome drink from Nature guide. Have hot lunch and take some time rest, then in the afternoon, Chitwan tour –walk and visit Tharu village, observe the community Museum and see sunset view from river bank. In the evening at 8:00, join the unique Tharu culture dances like stick dance, harvest dance and etc.
Day 12: Chitwan National Park.
Full day jungle activities and safari- Elephant back safari or Elephant riding, Canoeing, a traditional type of rafting in Rapti River, Jungle walking, visit Elephant breeding centre and Elephant bathing. If are interesting to join Tharu culture dance, then you can join on Tharu culture program.
Day 13: Chitwan Kathmandu
Morning wakeup call with cup of tea, then go for bird watching with nature guide, back to hotel and have breakfast. Get ready to return back to Kathmandu, our guide get you into bus and continue drive to Kathmandu.
Day 14: Kathmandu time on your own.
Spend free day in Kathmandu or take a Mountain or Everest flight whatever it is the same mountain fight in the morning. In the afternoon, you can visit Kathmandu and Bhaktpur durbar square. Join our farewell dinner with culture program in the evening.
Day 15: Kathmandu airport.
Free for shopping till final transfer to airport to catch your flight back to home.
