Everest cultural trekking is for  all season trekking in Nepal, but in rainy season-June/July, is not recommend because  you may stuck  some weeks in Lukla, waiting for a flight to Kathmandu due  to weather  conditions  Also no good visibility  of the Himalaya. You will be at Namche bazaar and surrounding area on trekking to Everest Cultural holidays. There are nice and comfort hotel and lodges accommodation with pretty nice meals as per range of your budget. This trek can be done with no fear of altitude sickness. Also, in case if you would feel uncomfortable to trek uphill to Namche bazaar you could make pony riding trekking as well, means trekking done riding on a horse back. Day 1: Fly to Lukla, and then trek to Phakding.
Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2886m.) takes about 35 minutes. Trek from Lukla to Phakding (2640 m.) takes approximately three hours

Day 2: Trek to Namche Bazzar.
Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440m.) takes approximately five hours. Namche Bazaar (3440m) is surrounded on three sides by mountain ranges and opens out only where it faces the Bhote Koshi. Stay overnight at lodge.

Day 3: Explore Around Namche Bazzar.
A day for rest at Namche Bazaar (3440m.) for acclimatization and enjoy the splendid views of Everest, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Nuptse, Lhotse, Tawache, Kwangde from Namche hill , and  also have chance  to view flora and fauna of  Everest National park in museum there. Stay overnight at lodge.

Day 4: Trek back to Lukla.
Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2886 m.) it takes about six hours.

Day 5: Fly back to Kathmandu.
Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu takes 35 minutes.
