Everest view trekking is a shorter trek than the Everest Base Camp trek.  The famous Tengboche monastery at 3870m is the highest point of this trekking. This trek is known as Tengboche trekking. Tyangboche monastery is a perfect point to see a superb view of Mt. Everest and Ama Dablam. Whilst for many a visit to the foot of Mt Everest is a personal goal, and for some it is enough to visit the Everest region and experience the culture, the people and the spectacular scenery.

The Everest view trekking is designed for those trekkers who wish to experience the Everest region without ascending to high altitude. The trek commences by taking flight to Lukla from Kathmandu, and then follows the route of Everest Base Camp trek to Tengboche monastery. From there, I mean Tyangboche monastery we get breathtaking views of Everest as it rises above the Lhotse-Nuptse ridge. Also can be viewed a superb view of one of Nepal’s most beautiful mountains Ama Dablam –the Matterhorn of the Khumbu. The return trekking to Lukla is slightly different route via Khumjung.

 Day 1: Arrive in Kathmandu (1,300m)
 Upon your arrival at airport our representative welcomes you and transfer to hotel in Kathmandu. After time to get refreshed, briefing about your trip and overnight at Hotel.

Day 2: Kathmandu tour and trek preparation
Tour of world heritage sites in Kathmandu visit Pashupatinath temple, Swoyambhunath stupa, Boudhanath stupa and Kathmandu durbar square with temple, unique architectures and Kumari, the living goddess. Evening pre- trekking discussion and introduce with our fellow trekking staff for your adventure trip.

Day 3: Fly to Lukla (2,800m) & trek to Phakding (2,652m, 3-4 hrs walk)
Early morning, fly to Lukla for about 40 minute’s scenic flight.  You will have time to stroll around, while the guide sort and divide the load baggage to be carried by helpers. Guide will manage the lunch place depending upon the time of arrival at Lukla. We then take an easy walk to Phakding village for the overnight stop and rest of the time stroll around the village for local knowledge.

Day 4: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m, 5-6 hrs walk)
After breakfast, continue trek up the banks of the Dudh Kosi, crossing it twice by small suspension bridges before reaching the village of Monjo, the entrance of the Sagarmatha National Park. When enter the National park boundary we descend and a gradual walk brings us to the suspension bridge over the Bhote-Koshi river to Jorsalle village, the last village till Namche Bazaar and trek steep up for 3 hours to Namche is a prosperous trading town and the capital of the Khumbu Region.

Day 5: Acclimatization day at Namche Bazaar
We will spend a day in Namche Bazaar resting and allowing our bodies to become acclimatized to the altitude of (3,440m). You have full day leisure or visit Everest View hotel for wonderful panoramic view or stroll around the market, if Saturday can be seen many people in Saturday market for shopping to fulfill their daily needs and only one shopping market in the surrounding areas. Also you can visit Sherpa Museum as well a great place to learn Sherpa culture and history of mountaineering and stroll back to hotel for overnight.

Day 6: Trek to Tyangboche (3,867m, 5-6 hrs walk)
Start your trek with pleasant walk through the forest with magnificent view of mountains. The great view of the mighty peaks of Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku and Kwangde peak with view of the eastern snow capped mountains. The trail leads uphill through the forested path and the hardly walk to get to Tyangboche. One of the most beautiful place in the Himalaya and the first thing that comes to your eye is the big Monastery, then the large field with campsites and teahouses, lodges beneath the towering majestic beautiful peak Ama Dablam.

Day 7: Trek to Khumjung (3750m, 4-5 hrs walk)
Trek down to Phungithanka a small settlement with couple of teahouses. The trail leads downhill through the forested path and after crossing the suspension bridge over the Dudh Koshi river trek onwards to the Sanasa from where we split the way to Namche and short climb to hidden valley called Khumjung village, probably the biggest village of the areas and visit Hillary school established by Sir Edmond Hillary and visit Monastery of Khumjung where still can be seen the Yeti scalp and explore the surrounding local Sherpa village and with a great memories.

Day 8: Trek to Thame (3,800m, 4-5 hrs walk)
Today, after breakfast, we head up to Khunde village where a place of famous climber and big hospital running by charity, after a great moments trek to Syangboche airstrip which is the world highest airstrip and with a scenic mountain view. Trek to the Thame village, which is a popular village for Mountain scenery, world famous Sherpa climbers, monastery and many more with Himalayan wildlife. A superb view of Mountain to the west part and visit Monastery and rest of the time spend chatting with local Sherpa people, starting mountaineering profession as well as their lifestyle and rest and relax at the home of world famous climbers.

Day 9: Trek to Monju (2680m, 5-6 hrs walk)
This day we trek to the Namche passing through the Mende village and superb scenery of the beautiful Mountains. We will have a lunch at Namche and we walk further down to Monju for overnight.

Day 10: Trek to Lukla (2,800m, 4-5 hrs walk)
After breakfast we trek back with enjoying the lush green scenery around and passing through the incredible mountain scenery and local Sherpa village. And finally today the trail leads you back to Lukla. After your arrival in Lukla you will have time to relax and celebrate the completion of your trek.

Day 11: Lukla to Kathmandu.
After an early morning flight to Kathmandu our guide transfer you to your hotel. You may have time to relax after your journey and take back your breath and rest at your hotel with ending your Himalayan trip with us.

Day 12: Kathmandu Airport
Today is free for last minute shopping for souvenirs or gift to your family, friends or relatives for you until your departure flight/drive. To commence any extra trips or activities you may have booked with us. If departing, you will be transferred to Airport for your departure flight to your onwards destination.
