Overview of Pisang Peak Climbing

Pisang peak climbing is a famous and challenges peak in Nepal. The height of this peak is 6091 meter lies between Annapurna and Manaslu. This peak is first climb up from Germany expedition team in 1995. It is rough expedition peak in Nepal. It offers the opportunity experience of peak climbing and mountains. On the way the highest pass of the world Throng La Pass cross over to climb the Pisang peak.

This peak is an easy climbing peak in Nepal. On the way the highest pass of the world Throng La Pass cross over to climb the Pisang peak. You will view incredible diversity of flora and fauna on the trail of the Annapurna Region. Not much you will spectacular rugged mountain scenery, trekking challenges and exposure pose of ethnic Nepalese cultures. So you will not need more technical effortful energetic for this peak.

Beginner and intermediate will easy to success this peak climber. You only require to bring some climbing gear likes shoes, warm clothes, gloves, helmet and other so on. An experience guides also provide an necessity equipments to the climber for making easy the summit. So climb the summit in the best season, Autumn from September to November and Spring from March to May. But at the high camp, there will heavy snow from the end of November to the end of March.

This 21 days journey begins from Kathmandu after spending the full day sightseeing. Next day drive to Besisahar and follow the trekking trail of Annapurna circuit. Once a climber reach at summit you will view of magnificent Himalaya ranges of Annapurna ranges, Dhaulagiri and other. On back route you will leads the trail of Muktinath an important pilgrimage site of Nepalese people. From Jomsom, take fly to Pokhara and drive to Kathmandu from there.

Day 02: Kathmandu sightseeing tour

Day 03: Kathmandu-Besisahar (7- 8 hour drive)

Day 04: Besisahar to Bahundanda trek (6-7 hours, 1310m)

Day 05: Bahundanda to Chamje trek (6 hours, 1410m)

Day 06: Chamje-Dharapani trek (5-6 hours, 1960m)

Day 07: Dharapani-Chame trek (6-7 hours, 2710m)

Day 08: Chame-Pisang trek (5-6 hours, 3700m)

Day 09: Day for relaxation and Acclimatization

Day 10: Trek to Pisang Peak Base Camp trek ((3-4 hours, 4380m)

Day 11: Trek to Pisang Peak High Camp (3-4 hours, 5400m)

Day 12: Summit to the Peak and back to Base Camp-(7-9hours; 6,091m)

Day 13: Pisang Peak Base Camp to Manang Valley (5-6hours; 3,450m)

Day 14: Manag-Yak Kharka trek (3-4 hours, 4110m)

Day 15: Yak Kharka to Throng Phedi trek (3-4 hours; 4600m)

Day 16: Throng Phedi to Muktinath trek (3780m, 6-7 hours)

Day 17: Muktinath to Kagbeni trek (3-4 hours)

Day 18: Kagbeni to Jomsom trek (3-4 hours)

Day 19: Jomsom to Pokhara

We had a great experience with our guide Narayan, hiking the Manaslu circuit- he was professional and responsible, attentive to our needs, and very knowledgeable about the trail and the best places to stay, eat, etc.. I booked a morningtrip to Nagarkot with a 2 hour hiking trip. I had the best time with mr Jitendra who runs the company and was my guide himself. He added some extra’s to the trip (eg the suspension bridge) bc the weather was cloudy and I didn’t have a good view of the mountains (which was my main purpose).
