6 day trekking around Langtang valley is a good trekking to enjoy beautiful landscapes and mountains of Langtang region. Likewise, Langtang trek is full of natural and cultural beauty as you will walk through jungles and villages, raging river, waterfalls and mountain moraine. You will also see yaks and the 360 degree mountain view of Langtang Lirung, Naya Kanga, Dorje Lakpa and other mountain ranges.
Trek to Langtang is neither hard nor easy. This is a medium difficulty level trek. There will be a less chance of high altitude sickness. Kyanji Ri Peak at 4600 m is the highest point of the trek and you will spend overnight at Kyanjin Gompa at 3800m.
The 6 days Langtang Valley Trek is a tea house trek in Langtang National Park where you will stay and eat at tea houses along the trail to Kyanjin Gomba and Langtang valley. The tea houses is very basic, and you will get also a simple, neat and clean foods like curry, bread, tea or coffee, noddles, omelet, Dalbhat and boiled egg. Paying hot shower is available on the trek, but hot shower is not recommended during trek because it causes high altitude sickness. You will normally walk 6 to 7 hours each day on the trek. Trip Itinerary
Day 01:Kathmandu to Dovan/Paire(2400 m) via Syabrubesi.
(7 to 8) hours Lunch and Dinner Basic Tea House.
Receive you at your hotel by our guide and drive to Syabrubesi either by bus or jeep for 6 hours. You then have a short trek to Dovan or Paire for 2 hours. Stay night at Tea house.
Day 02:Trek to Godatabela(3008 m)
(6 to 7) hours. AP plan-Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. Mountain Tea House.
Wake up in the morning, enjoy your breakfast and ready for 6 hours trek to Godatabela. We walk up through forest, seek and hide with Langtang khola frequently on the trail. This is a beautiful day trek in the jungles.
Day 3:Trek to Kyanjin Gomba(3800 m)
(5 to 6) hours AP plan: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Mountain Tea House Lodge
Breakfast and enjoy great views of Langtang Lirung, trek for 5 to 6 hours via Langtang village. Today trek is neither hard or easy. Kyanjin Gomba is the final destinations of our trek. We stay an overnight stay in Kyanjin Gomba at 3800m.
Day 04:Return Trek to Godatabela
(6 to 7) hours AP Plan-Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Mountain-Tea House Lodges.
Wake up early in the morning, and hike and climb up to Kyanji Ri peak for the best views of Langtang valley, glaciers, lakes and Langtang Lirung Himal and surrounding peak of Langtang valley. Come down to Kyanjin Gomba, breakfast and return trek down to Godatabela for 6 hours. We stay overnight at Godatabela.
Day 05:Trek Down to Syabrubesi(1600 m)
(5 to 6) hours AP Plan-Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Budget Hotel
Breakfast at Ghoda Tabela, enjoy the last view of Langtang Lirung and we trek down to Syabrubesi via Lama Hotel through the forest. We walk all down trail to Syabrubesi at 1600m. Stay overnight stay at Syabrubesi.
Day 06: Syabrubesi to Kathmandu(1300 m)
(6 to 7) hours Breakfast and Lunch No hotel.
Wake up tea with early breakfast, and get bus or jeep bus drive back to Kathmandu for 6 hours. The trip ends once our guide will take you to your hotel.

Drinking water on Langtang Trek
The water on a trek is available at the tea houses on the trail, buying a regular bottle of mineral water costs 2-4 USD per litre. The Langtang region has plenty of water sources to get the water as you can also refill the water from the random taps or water sources, refilling waters from any of those sources is potable but it will be fine to drink with a Life straw or using the water purification pills – at least 2-4 L water per day is recommended to drink that keeps you hydrated.

Trek in Langtang is possible in Spring, Autumn, Summer and winte, yet Spiring and Autumn are the best seasons for a remarkable trekking experience.The weather stable and dry with a moderate climate. You will see a crystal clear view of the mountains with blue sky every day. The temperature is in between 15 to 20 degrees Celsius in the daytime and the night may down to - 8 to 12 degrees Celsius. Foods on 6 days Langtang trek
You will get a wide selections of food items on the trail.Breakfast Items consist of Tibetan bread, Chapati, Oatmeal, Corn Flakes, fried potato and boiled eggs, pancakes, porridge with milk, Muesli, Vegetable, tea and coffee. Also, the lunch and dinner form of Thukpa (noodle soup), Dahl and Bhat (Nepalese local meal), Momos ( dumplings), Tibetan / chapati bread, Macaroni, Spaghetti, Sherpa Stew, rice with curry, spring rolls and Pizza, yak steak, hot and cold drinks.The meats in the mountain is not sanitary and healthy.So, we advise you to avoid taking meat, Alcoholic drinks, and smoking while on trekking.

There will simple neat and clean tea house accommodation during Langtang Trek. The rooms with twin beds, blankets, mattresses and pillows.You will get common shower and toilet in the tea houses along the trail. Likewise, single rooms are available except some places for solo female travelers.At Syabrubesi, you will have a simple budget hotel accommodations of twin or three beds in a room with attached toilet. There will be simple neat and clean tea house accommodations with twin beds in a room along the trail to Langtang valley. The toilet is common for all the rooms, outside the rooms.
FAQs
Well, we are at an elevations of 3800m. So, be well prepare for cold. Please kindly warm clothes like down jacket, woolen hat, gloves, good trekking boots, socks, sleeping bags and trekking poles. The day is nice and warm, morning, evening and night is cold. You can also enjoy the warm fire at the dining room in the evening.
The mobile and internet is not available all the places of the trek. You may got internet wifi at Kyanjin Gomba and Syabrubesi. There is nice mobile net work signal of Ncell and NTC like in Kyanjing, Langtang, Godatabel, Rimche and other some places on the trail.
Well, this is a good questions. There is no electricity all the places of this trek. You can find electricity at Syabrubesi and Kyanjin Gomba so that you can charge your camera and mobile in these places. The rest of the other places have solar power that provides room light so that you can not charge camera and mobile.
